Missed the incorporated part, you're right however I would still say it's up for negotiation however it would've been better to discuss this when you were incorporating rather than after the fact.

You should have negotiated before signing. If I am not in contract I pay only half the charges (first 3 months only) to my accountant.

If your company doesn't actually get created until August, it's a bit cheeky.

But most likely they automatically started billing from the day you signed up. You should just email/phone to explain, if they aren't having to do any work yet they should/might be helpful but the sooner you contact them the better.

Yes.

You signed / formed an agreement with them that you would pay for that period. If you don't want to pay, then don't agree the contract.

Accountancy fees

I registered and incorporated my limited company in May with my accountant and they advised that I would receive the first three months free and free incorporation. I am not actually due to start trading till August, are they right to take the first three months from May when I hadn't started trading yet and they didn't actually do any work for me?
