I mind because he's an obnoxious ass and his opinions are, therefore, those of an obnoxious ass, expressed in an obnoxiously asinine manner.

For the first time today an agent called me and said I didn't get the gig. They mentioned the client said I was a great candidate but they went with someone else.

If you're interested in what people think, why aren't you interested when people think they know it all?

If you ask for opinions, why aren't you interested in personal opinions? What kind of opinions are you looking for?

FaceBook has never asked me to congratulate someone on a new job or a work-anniversary.

You ask for opinions and then the moment they're not ones you like you say you aren't interested in what random people on the internet think.

I do this whenever I meet with a potential customer and yes that includes non-contract interviews.

Nothing weird about it at all.
