To which I'd add Pork Scratchings, British Cheese. But I suspect the Swiss are a bit protectionist about cheese - even though I know they're really missing out. Yes, there are some good Swiss cheeses, but the sheer variety and quality of British Cheeses. For it not to be a global commodity already Is. A. Disgrace.
