If a request for extension is vetoed, then Parliament will either revoke A50 (unlikely), pass the WA (likely) or fail to agree between the former two options and crash out with no deal (unlikely but certainly possible).

Desperate Boris is on the ropes trapped in the role of Prime Minister whilst parliament makes up whatever laws it wants.
This newspaper has also learned that the rebel MPs have drawn up plans for a second Act which would allow Commons Speaker John Bercow to bypass the Prime Minister if he cannot strike a deal to leave the EU on October 31.
The new law would allow Mr Bercow to personally ask Brussels for a further delay on behalf of the Commons.

Collusion
Pot, kettle, idiots. The Mail on Sunday is leading with a story suggesting that Remainer MPs are colluding with foreign powers to undermine the UK Parliament. They offer no evidence that this is true. They have been sent them evidence of the Tory MP for Shrewsbury colluding with foreign powers to undermine the UK Parliament. The evdence for this sits on the MP's own twitter feed. They won't take a blind bit of notice though
