Just skimmed through the OBR report. That’s ten minutes of my life I won’t get back.
So their forecasts really are “despite Brexit”So we have retained the same broad-brush assumptions on productivity, trade and migration that underpinned our previous post-referendum forecasts (as set out in Chapter 3). These are consistent with a range of possible outcomes, albeit smooth rather than disorderly ones.
