    What sort of actions spark trade wars? Something like letting imports in to your country tariff-free and with reduced checks, while not applying those same rules to other countries?

    The Turkish Statistical Institute said the economy shrank by 2.4% in the fourth quarter of 2018, from the previous quarter.
