    There's also the annual call in the UK that we should stay on BST all year round and scrap the winter time change. That call normally comes from the Wail, who drop the ball on the fact that the winter time is GMT and if we stayed on BST, we'd actually be on CET.

    GMT is the time zone - which the UK is in only half the year. It's UTC that tells the world what time it is.
