May's deal is better than "remaining", member of the EU without those thorn in the side Euro-sceptics having their say.

There is a slight problem with a second referendum. Due to the time that it will take to arrange, it means that the UK will probably have to take part in the upcoming European elections in May unless they can get it through before then (doubtful.) As the UK would still be a member of the EU at the time, then European law states they have to provide a vote for EU citizens in those elections.
