I reckon they have read it. Several times. Just a hunch.

And this is the whole problem and what the suckers that voted Brexit fell for .... for the leading Brexiters it's always been a battle, a fight that must be won to show how big and strong they are. they never wanted a compromise as this wouldn't suit their own private agendas. They've managed to convince the ill educated masses that it's Britain against Europe (although in reality it's little England and even tinier Wales against Europe). What ever happened to the Norway model (out but in a good trade deal), or Canada + ..... no, they want to 'win', when they never had a chance of winning as the cards were never stacked in the UK's favour.

Looking forward to a hard Brexit and the pain inflicted on those areas that voted for it. Let's see the little piggies squeal for a few years before we finally vote in a party that takes us back into the EU (if they'll take us), or worse, we really do become a puppet of the US.

Nothing wrong with a victory for Brussels. A victory for Johnson/Farage/JRM would be a thousand times worse

So it’s ding ding! Seconds out! And we begin the final round of that international slug fest, the Brexit negotiations. Out of their corners come Dominic Raab and Michel Barnier, shrugging their shoulders and beating their chests – and I just hope you aren’t one of those trusting souls who still thinks it could really go either way. The fix is in. The whole thing is about as pre-ordained as a bout between Giant Haystacks and Big Daddy; and in this case, I am afraid, the inevitable outcome is a victory for the EU, with the UK lying flat on the canvas with 12 stars circling symbolically over our semi-conscious head.
