    Lol, everything needs to be spelled out for you.

    Lloyds’ EU business will now be headquartered in the EU under a different subsidiary. All that tax take and government insurance levies will now go to a different jurisdiction.

    Bit by bit, the financial centre of Europe is being broken up and redistributed.
