It's East vs West only this time it's the Far East and not Russia.
The UK is particularly dogged by inbred elitists that don't care what the vast majority of the country's population suffer, as long as the plebs are kept subdued enough to not bother them. The EU seems to want to be just as insufferable at the hands of troughing and detachment from the reality seen by the population. That's why the UK public voted to leave, as a desire for change, not for the corrupt UK government to deliver it in name only so no change required by the EU on that side of any negotiation.
Sometimes I just wish the aliens would stop faffing about and put us humans in our place. The world and all that lives in it would probably be better off. If they have the tech to traverse galaxies they surely aren't the typical conquering evil beings that sci-fi loves to portray. Make it so, Picard, the future needs it.

The UK should join the euro. Then the EU 27 would leave in no time.

If you wanted to destroy the EU ....
sasguru... you'd pretty much do what the Donald is doing now.
The Chinese in particular must be chuckling away.
Why do you think he's doing that?Tags: None
