    Do you change your behaviour when job losses are announced, to protect against this redirection of tax targets?
    Do you do anything to mitigate the lives/conditions of those who lost those jobs?

    60% of income tax is now paid by top 10% taxpayers.

    £70k wage puts one into top 5%, I think top 10% is £50k or so
