It just goes to show that Brexiters just make silly unfounded comments like their bible, the Daily Mail.

So you rely on countries that suffer from lack of administration, bribery and record keeping to supply the UK with criminal records. Good luck with that.

The first link seems to be about facilitating sharing of information when a foreign citizen is prosecuted - do you have the link where the UK could check Romanian criminal records for a Romanian citizen that commits a crime in his own country?

The database is updated only in specific circumstances.

The government is a huge institution - and the vast majority are hardworking people like you and me. (i mean the people who work for the government not the MP's)

Very few are in the position of having enough assets to warrant offshore accounts.

Indeed when the Russians deposed the Tsar they ended up with Stalin.

in the same way you can't introduce laws which conflict with WTO rules or indeed any rules agreed to after an FTA is agreed with any other country.

Everytime the UK signs a new trade deal it will be constrained, eg Australia's pharmaceutical regulations shoved down its throat by the US.

To suggest you will not be constrained is just totally dafty wafty

Parliament has always had the choice whether to implement EU laws or withdraw from the EU, and no EU permission is needed to withdraw. So Parliament has always been sovereign. Why is this so difficult to understand.

Have you actually personally engaged with people particularly civil servants and MEPs but including people who work in EU agencies, European Commission and EU Parliament to see how UK interests were put forward in the EU?

Or is all your information from the media?

    Pretty simple really.
