Alternatively, use Bauer & Cottrell and get it done properly . B&C will also do all the negotiation with the agency regarding removing and improving the T&C's.

QDOS do not provide membership to anything, you are buying an insurance option from them. It is also 3 free reviews which a simple google found...

No. PCG offer jury-service protection, agency default protection and their tax advice help-line (amongst other things).
