Not only can you find threads that request for advice for reviewing contracts you can also search for the elements you think put you inside. Try things like Substitution or Mutuality etc so you can gen yourself up on the issues. Obviously this kind of thing gets asked for a lot so you will find a mass of useful information.

Also QDOS, Accountax and Lawspeed (who tend to look at the whole picture, niot just the taxation bit). But be aware that changing the contract won't work if the reality is different.

contract review for IR35 status
Hi,
I am about to start my next contract but bit worried about IR35 legislation. Contract draft I got from Agent seems to indicate that its inside IR35. Can some one please recommend good lawyer or legal consultant with specialist knowledge in IR35. Agent has agreed to amend contract draft to some extend to accommodate few changes to make contract IR35 friendly.
