    Tier 1s are OK, they're the senior experts we want to allow into the country. It's the ICTs and the old Tier 2s that are the problem.

    Interesting, I suspect the idea behind this is to prove you are working as a Highly Skilled migrant being employed by a company. Where in fact because of the way we contractors pay ourselves, you are actually paying yourself ie the company paying you is yours.

    So what does a payslip stamped by yourself actually prove?

    Have you spoken to the organisation that processes your Tier 1 Visa application to ask if what you have been provided is enough? You may want to ask your Accountant to provide a cover letter to confirm that what you have been issued in terms of Dividend Vouchers and Payslips is a true and accurate reflection of your earnings through your Limited Company.
