I don't use Intouch but Clare and Craig post helpful and useful information here, generally backed up with references to HMRC's guidance which is always reassuring.
-
I have recommended Intouch to a few people as well, very happy with them thus far.

I echo the other sentiments....
I started contracting a couple of months ago and used In-Touch to help setup the Ltd, sort out VAT etc and generally emails have been repsonded to promptly (apart from when Craig was away for a day or two).

I can't say enough nice things about them.
I had two accountants that were useless, but InTouch got me sorted in no time.
Fantastic!
Only downside is that they don't offer an integrated book keeping service. I spend a little extra each month for an external book keeper.

I can say that Clare answers all questions very fast and thoroughly. However, it's my experience that most other 'email' accountants do the same, which is why I went to a 'cheaper' alternative - although I receive the same level of satisfaction.

I am sure she can ally your fears but I don't know how many clients she has that post on here.allay

You would be allocated your own accountant, and we make every effort to ensure calls are returned and emails responded to promptly. If your accountant is away on holiday then one of the other accountants will always be on hand to help too.
Thanks NLUK. And to Rangdo too, I'm really pleased you're happy with the service

Happily recommend them, never had to phone up but emails are answered pretty quickly (often within 20-30 mins) and sometimes at evening and weekends.
Clare's my allocated accountant, definitely knows her stuff.
Referred 2 of my mates recently, both impressed with the service compared to their previous accountants.
