Do you work in the UK adminmaster? If your employer does not want you to be a contractor he will be within his rights to say "No".

Apart from that I do not think that we can help. Your English is poor and I am not sure what advice you are asking for.

    Perm to Contract

    Hello all,

I am thinking of asking my employer to convert me to day rate contract from perm. I have doubt how should i ask as my day rate.

Thinking £1 is my current payrate , is that okie if i ask £2 as my day rate contract???

One my frnd was saying that if u get £1 on permanent , employer will have to spend another £1 as expenses.

So i am planning to ask £2 as day rate in contract.

Pls guide me if i am wrong.

    Thanks all.
