    Hi,

Easy. You work for my UK LTD company. Pay tax in UK or France, your choice. Probably France as you live there. No need to tell Monaco anything.
All for a small charge of course.
I've contracted in UK, Spain and France and speak fluent French, if that helps!

    • I'm a UK citizen.
    • I'll be working with a company based in Monaco (initially for 6 months but possible extension).
    • I'll be living in France.
    • The company will be paying in euros, and I want to be paid in euros.

I trying to find the easiest solution to the above. I won't be able to take advantage of Monaco tax laws so I'll be paying tax to the UK (I think). Currently I have no limited company.

    What would you suggest?

But should I be paying tax where I live or where I work? I'll be in monaco 9-5 and I'll be in France the rest of the time! I have no idea what type of business I should setup or whatever.

If anyone could help I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it

    ARGGH!

If the contract is short term you can probably tax yourself in the UK.

Longterm tax yourself where you'll be working.

No,No, No! Charter the yacht and put it on expenses. It will be more tax efficient. Don't forget to put casino costs through as subsistence. How much is a sandwich at Cafe de Paris these days? These expenses would never have been incurred if it wasn't for your business. Therefore they are legit.

Fook me, why are my contracts always in Carlisle, Nottingham, Sheffield etc?

I once did a week in Carmarthen, even the English doods had to answer the phone in Welsh - it was printed in phonetics on the phone. Then after that greeting English was ok..

I even did a one-dayer in Truro, back home in Bolton in the 70's my driving instructor told the easiest place to pass ur test was in Truro, no roundabouts he said, believed him till I got this gig, thinking no roundabouts - Truro full of roundabouts...

    Arghh.
