thanks fred bloggs, i still like this green and pleasant land, for now.
Focusing on my question and not my previous eby work history, i was hoping to get some recommendations of good limited company packages.
DaveB, i will make a start with your recommendations, like i said, i need to make a an accountacy choice pretty quick and you guys are always quick to jump on the lalala(i`m not listening brigade) contractors for not doing our homework.

Get a good accountant who knows how contractors operate, if they are any good they will also help keep the taxman at bay as well.Originally posted by cshylock View PostI am about to move away from Norla services ( an Umbrella ) and so with my new contract extension, do what i should have done a long time ago, start a limited company.
I have a lot of baggage with HMRC ongoing investigations into my edge/consulting EBT days, a couple of years ago and i dont want to make more uneducated decisions. However i need to make a quick decision on a limited company startup package,,,, any recomendations ?
thanks

If you go with one of the usual accountancy suspects on here ( SJD, Upton, Nixon Wiliams etc ) they can all set up a ltd on your behalf with a minimum of time and fuss.Originally posted by cshylock View PostI am about to move away from Norla services ( an Umbrella ) and so with my new contract extension, do what i should have done a long time ago, start a limited company.
