I have never had a contract withdrawn due to haggling over specific clauses. Agencies and clients I have dealt with have been happy to make changes.

If I am in doubt I have the contract checked and then feedback to the agent/client. Have done so about 3 times now with no problems.

    Good luck.

IVe never done this, and am starting to think I should, get it check atleast. Has anyone ever lost a contract, due to them wanting the T+C's, to make it more IR35 proof, adjusted ?

Some of us provide a full review service, it will not be hard for you to find a company to review your contract.

If you look at the accountancy firm SJD's web site they have some draft contract on there that are IR35 friendly.

Also you can get it done here

I use Qdos every time a contract comes up. Fast turnaround and they'll deal with changes too for no extra cost.

I refused to start a contract, on advice from a contracts lawyer.

Not true but they do have links to decent companies that will review it (for a fee of course)

So, do these companies hight light weak points, and suggest alterations ?

If you recommend these changes to the agent, do they implement them without question ?

Could this effect whether you still get this contract ?

What are users experiences on this matter ?
