if he attends the party can he charge the client for the time
(last Xmas party i attended all contractors & staff were invited for FREE, except staff got the afternoon as paid time, contractors just had to make do with the free beer and food)

A contractor can opt out of the agency regulations, but that has absolutely no relevance here. What possible relevance can the agency regulations have on an invite to a party or not????
