If you are outside you will need an accountant anyway. Get one and ask them what's best/possible.Last edited by northernladuk; 22 October 2021, 09:44.

After all these years...
If it's inside IR35 and casual work why do you need to involve YourCo, or anyone else's. Get them to pay you personally through their payroll as casual labour net of taxes, or take it gross and declare it annually on your SAR.

Ad hoc Inside IR35 work - pay via ltd
Starting a gig soon which will be Outside. So I'm setting up my ltd again.
Previous client (which I worked as an Inside gig via umbrella for years) has asked me back for a weekends work.
Has anyone done this before? Is there a way to get paid via you're limited or best just to go via umbrella for this one off work?
I'm assuming if you do process via ltd then, somehow, the outside IR35 income needs to be ringfenced from the inside income?Tags: None
