    You shouldn't be doing anyhring except engaging a company to do it for you.

    Speak to MVL Online. They post here a lot and have been used by a number of our posters.

    Has anyone went through an MVL before for closing their ltd co.

    Did you pay the liquidators invoice from company money after submitting final company accounts and CT, or before (including the liquidation costs)?

    Unsure of the typical order to follow before finalising all accounts and contacting a liquidator, such as SFP.

    If paid after, where does this get recorded / accounted for?
