    Yeah but...

    What I’m saying is you don’t have to do anything as nobody cares. If the OP continues to use the trademark nothing will happen as nobody else owns the trademark.

    Trademarks are mostly about vanity unless you have a really good business based on it. Domains even more so.
    You also have to pay to change the registered owner as I explained in the 2nd post.

    Thank you, Lance. I am not sure that a word-based trademark and associated .com registration is saleable. However, I am attached to the name and feel that it would be worth preserving.

    I am retiring owing to illness and I am closing my limited company. If I assign my registered trademark from the limited company to myself, do I need to pay to re-register the trademark in my own name?
