The point of substitution is about your right to put one in.
The likelihood of you finding someone suitable is immaterial for the purposes of IR35.
If you answered the question knowing (well thinking, as your view of niche might not be true) you can’t find someone that may well skew the result against you.

So should I bet 99.999999999% of other contractors. And the accountants that are going to fall on their arses too. Hope everyone fails out of this mess especially HMRC.
