    All contractors at my site have been asked to do it, none have come back outside, save yourself the 95 quid and spend it on a vice of your choosing.

    One question is:

    Irrespective of what's in your contract have you excersised the right of substition?

  • LA International email “mandating” additional qdos review costs

    Hi all,

    Pretty much as the title says. Anyone contracting through LA International get the email “mandating” extra IR35 fee’s that are not in any contacts. What’s the thoughts on legality of this? I review all my contacts anyway. Just more interested in “email” becoming binding without both parties agreeing.
