Had similar issues. After chasing a couple of times it turned up in December. Not been that late in previous years

Mine was done ages ago. Never was it left till Jan in all these years. Definitely ring them and ask what is going on.

A friendly nudge won't hurt. Especially if you're used to a different delivery timeline.
If you only have salary and dividends from your LtdCo, you may find the 10 mins it takes to fill in the online form more cost effective...

Not with them but I wouldn't be worrying about it. Plenty of time. Many accountants spend January doing them all in bulk.
