SjD - any issues - they forgot to submit my corporation tax filing and lost my VAT

Hi
anyone having issue with SJD. They change my accountant every few months. Which is fine if they did the hand over ok.
But last VAT quarter my bookkeeping hadn't been handed over.
And last Sat got demand for corporation tax with amount of 0.
Turns out they hadn't filed anything last July when they usually do it and are now struggling with 24 hours to go to complete it!
