help with section 444(1) of the education act 1996
I'm being prosecuted under section 444(1) of the education act 1996.. due in court on 2nd Jan.. I'm going to plead guilty by post and give mitigating evidence..my question is they have sent a mc100 statement of assets form that has to go bk.. the highest fine I can get for this offence is £1000 I plan on paying in full and don't want to fill in the form.. mainly because may dad passed away and I have some inheritance.. and would hope they base my fine on the evidence not what I have in the bank!! Can I not fill it in? will I get in more trouble? if I do fill in will they just fine me max penalty?? helpppppTags: None
