One wonders if IPSE will have the nouse to use this. All this fuss and bluster *might* be good news for the contracting sector in the short term (putting the off-payroll stuff to one side). Spreadsheet Phil may now steer clear of messing around with the "flexible workforce" as he's now been burnt trying to meddle.
