Or £50k if coming from T4 Student visa. Mostly this money, 50 or 200k comes from dodgy VC's no doubt wanting blood when it all goes tits up.

Also one is supposed to employ locals and engage in meaningful business, website, contracts, business plan etc. The OP will get found out come extension time

Indeed. At the very best he's got until May when he has to prove he's taken on 2 people and met other criteria.. which he can't.

I am sure his friends on the immigration forums have asked this question and have managed to come up with some dodgy work around though.

EDIT : Predictably there is but it appears they are just quoting the rules back at them. No dodgy schemes.

Here is a guy trying to dodge the rules as expected...

    hi
I am applying for my tier1 ent extension in October 2017.
    I need help please.
    1. can i hire four full-time employees for six month?
    2. is it necessary that employees should be UK citizens? or people from Europe also ok? and people from non-Europe with ILR are ok?
    3. finally is it necessary to transfer all 50K into business account before hiring employees? i mean can we hire employees and then can invest?

    please reply
    Thanks
Seems he needs 2 employees for 12 months he's f**ked... As is the OP.

Will this create any problem for me with respect to my Entrpreneur visa if Tax and Ni gets paid under my Name and my NI number?

Iam myself an employee for my Limited Company. Can i pay the NI and tax through my Limited Company for this Particular Contract falling inside IR35?

    Please Advise.
