    Ok - lesson learnt...although this thread is probably dead now, if anyone has any insights into partnerships I would value it
    • If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is.
    • HMRC have started investigating the use of incorporation purely to avoid paying tax
    • Safe Solutions have gone into administration. All 884 "partners" are being traced by the administrator in order to recover the missing tax left unpaid by the parent company

    Just some random thoughts to focus your mind...

    Anyone know about Partnerships tax solution?

    I have come across a Partnership structure to manage tax affairs & particlary a company called easy-partnership.co.uk - seems different from the composites as it sets you up within a partnership...seems that it avoids hassle of IR35 & S660 but still gives all the tax efficiency most of us are after?
