    Its not SPV, it a fairly standard lessees property management company arrangement. Most blocks of flats will have similar in some way or another.

    Many accountants, myself included, take the view life is far to short to become involved with these companys. I am sure there are some accountants who specialise in them. Google will be OPs friend.

    Doubt it, mine certainly doesn't. The Companies House material is nothing to do with accountancy but with your company's existence and legality.

    You could really go mad and have a look around their website to learn more - http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk

    You do realise you need to understand both some accountancy and property law? If you don't send the right legal letters to the leaseholders for repairs even though they may be also fellow directors if the don't want to pay up they can cause you problems.
