Its not SPV, it a fairly standard lessees property management company arrangement. Most blocks of flats will have similar in some way or another.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostYou could try ringing Gorilla Accounting and ask for Aziz. I believe he specialises in SPV products.

Doubt it, mine certainly doesn't. The Companies House material is nothing to do with accountancy but with your company's existence and legality.Originally posted by kesm View PostAny accountants here that wish to take this on??
You could really go mad and have a look around their website to learn more - http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk

You do realise you need to understand both some accountancy and property law? If you don't send the right legal letters to the leaseholders for repairs even though they may be also fellow directors if the don't want to pay up they can cause you problems.Originally posted by kesm View PostHi all,
I am a director of a management company (a company that owns the freehold of 3 flats - I own one of the flats).
We received a letter from Companies House saying "Your confirmation statement is due for filing. You can use your Webfiling service to file your confirmation statement. It must be delivered to Companies House by 06/11/2016".
What do we have to do for that?
This is the 1st letter we received and the deadline is fast approaching.
Thanks all

I echo this.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostIf you are struggling with this and there will be more other stuff to do wouldn't it be wise to get an accountant?
If you don't know how to deal with the most simple filing required (the confirmation statement) you need to get yourself an accountant.
You cannot run a business by asking questions on a forum
