I would be asking them what regulations they are reporting to that requires more than that.

started a topic Anyone ever see this email from their agency?

Anyone ever see this email from their agency?

Been contracting for 20 years and never seen this. I was sent this today from my agency accounts department:

    "Dear XXX Consultant

Due to our obligations under HMRC we are required to provide a quarterly report to HMRC in relation to workers that are not engaged directly as employees by XXX. To allow us to meet this reporting requirement we will need some initial information from you with regard to the method by which you receive income from your limited company. We are required to recheck the position each quarter to ensure the information reported remains correct so support from you in providing the information on a timely a basis will be greatly appreciated. Can you please confirm by ticking the boxes below how you are receive income from your company for the period 6th April 2015 to 5th October 2016:

    Subject to PAYE and NIC
    Dividends
    Combination of the above
    Another method

Could you also please confirm the following details:
    Limited Company name
    Limited Company number
    Limited Company registered address"

Other than the pretty poor grammar and , anyone ever seen this or have any thoughts?
Working...
