Well the rules are pretty clear in that article. So if that's the case, no one else is getting benefit than I guess you are OK.

Expense for annual event - location

I've not had time to run any annual events this year but would like to do something this summer. I'll be away on holiday outside the UK this month. Can I claim for an event during that time (it would be a grand summer evening out or something like that)?
