    This! Shop around as some accountants do this for free and some charge.

    Seem's you have actually issued 100 shares.

    Like other's have said, presuming you are going to appoint an accountant they would normally form your company for free along with registration to the various taxes.

    I'm trying to open Ltd company . I fill it up all the form and I'm receiving all the time the same information. What I'm doing wrong ?
