Like other's have said, presuming you are going to appoint an accountant they would normally form your company for free along with registration to the various taxes.

Co Formation
As NLUK says, why not get your accountant to do it for you as part of their service and end up with a free company. Maybe worth the discussion with them around the share structure to make sure it's appropriate for your circumstances.Originally posted by rachel84 View PostHi,
I'm trying to open Ltd company . I fill it up all the form and I'm receiving all the time the same information. What I'm doing wrong ?
