Amount paid up on each share 1
Amount unpaid on each share 0
    Number of shares 50
    Aggregate nominal value 50
Prescribed particulars Each share has full rights in the company with respect to voting, dividends and distributions.
    • Currency GBP - Pound Sterling

Amount paid up on each share 1
Amount unpaid on each share 0
      Number of shares 50

Not letting your accountant do it for you?

As NLUK says, why not get your accountant to do it for you as part of their service and end up with a free company. Maybe worth the discussion with them around the share structure to make sure it's appropriate for your circumstances.

Seem's you have actually issued 100 shares.

Like other's have said, presuming you are going to appoint an accountant they would normally form your company for free along with registration to the various taxes.

This! Shop around as some accountants do this for free and some charge.
