ICCEU not reachable and funds distribution in september

also my funds are frozen by ICCEU August 2014 is not reachable.
somebody knew whether their partners after receiving the funds blocked in September 2015, they have started to deploy?
you can help me get information.

They were bout to be struck off in March 2009, but I suspect that they had to cough up the annual accounts in order for the status to be returned to Normal.

Strange, they have a "Normal" status on that website.
That does not enjoy me, I would have been happy seeing "Closed" or "Bankrupted".

Their FaceBook page hasn't been updated in nearly two years. The website domain is suspended by ICANN because the details haven't been confirmed. There's not many Google hits for them.
Looks like they are shut, but who knows?
Maybe try contacting some of the people that are listed if you do a whois on their domain name and see how you go.

Hello,
I am trying to contact ICCEU, International Contractors Club Europe Limited based in Ireland.
I tried emails and phones, but looks like they disappeared.
Is the compagny closed?
If yes, then how can I get an administrative state about ICCEU?
