In many cases people have but for some obscure reason feel the need to ask a bunch guys on the internet who DGAS instead of asking the professional they pay who will give the answer and explain it all in detail. I know people get hacked of with me for saying because it stifles discussion but it is beyond me why people don't use their accountant first and maybe come here to check.

Saying that with this guy's posting history nothing surprises me.

    Corporation tax return,

    Potentially PAYE returns as well.

Directors will have self assessment too in most cases.

    PAYE return
    PAYE payment
    CT return
    CT payment
    and VAT payments I guess.

Having said that, no need to worry about any of them

    - CT return deadline (though typically will be submitted same time as accounts)
    - payroll submission deadlines (if registered as employer)
    - personal tax submissions for director/shareholders
    - possibly P11D

Plus payment due dates for most of these things.

No doubt a few more especially if you include non-standard things.
