    So are you permie or contractor?

    I dont think even permies get paid lunchbreaks do they? i.e. 37.5 hours per week is just that - 7.5 hours actually working per day.

    So if you are a contractor are you on an hourly rate then? All becomes a bit irrelevant if your on PWD too.

    Got a feeling if you are hourly then client might get a bit peed off if your billing him for your hour long lunchtime pint or something anyway.

    So you work 9 until 5 with an hour for lunch. 8 hours elapsed.

    So that is 7 hours billable.

    But if you only take 30 minutes doesn't that then become 8 hours billable (7.5 hours work entitles you to a paid 30 min break).

    Or is this all a figment of my lurid imagination?
