yeah, no mention on how to pay and no mention of what they want to happen next. A one month deadline but no mention of next steps they want to take i.e court proceedings.
It feels like a lever to get people to make contact to me....

see, that's not in my letter. they've definitely worked out which loans belonged to certain companies that had different wording.

Reading up on Formal Demands, advice generally suggests that it should detail "Potential consequences: State clearly that legal action (such as a County Court Claim) may be taken if payment is not received by the deadline."

I totally get that, I wasnt cruising for an irrelevant detail. I was saying, the letter I received was only sent via Account Postage and doesn't appear as a typical Tracked Royal Mail service. I was querying if JD1905s' letter was different and sent by a tracked service.
