I've not broken the SC glass ceiling yet but I keep getting near-misses.
Market continues to be febrile this week among my network, seeing quite a few more developer and DevOps-focused roles getting advertised outside IR35 which is nice.

That's the fun part, this was Inside -> Inside and the umbrellas had all the documentation they needed to confirm the tax code. Where I went wrong was:
1. Trusting them when they said all was well.
2. Trusting HMRC when they said all was well.

The SC cleared and government-related DevOps work is booming from what I've seen on LinkedIn this week. They usually have very specific tooling experience requests but if it's similar enough to stuff you've worked on elsewhere you can easily blag it....
