With help from DK in my case it was a single appeal mentioning both letters ie. Appeal against the regulation 80 PAYE determinations issued on <some-date> for tax years <list-of-tax-years> and the section 8 National Insurance decision....

I have no luck getting response from Boox or DK to help me submit my appeal. I am running out of time and in case i get no response i will have to submit appeal myself. I have an appeal letter ready but i am struggling to figure out a good way to organise attachments (documents, proofs etc.) in this...

The amount on this latest NIC payments letter sent to my company (and me, as director) is almost as much as for all three years of regulation 80 determinations i have to pay personally. This amounts just keep on adding up left and right. Few more letters and i will have to pay more than my company actually...

Boox actually sent me a template to appeal against latest determination and NIC payment letters from HMRC, on a weekend, only 2 days after i notified them about these latest letters.

looks like i am in the same situation. received NI letters to myself and my company together with new determinations and it looks now i will have to appeal to all, to NI letter and 2018/19 and 2019/20 determinations....

I think this is it. I received today another, same letter addressed to company. However, it is another massive amount to pay on top of what i already am expected to pay personally based on Regulation 80 determination letters. It is twice as much. Can anyone share how they appealed or have used any templates to appeal against NIC calculation letters? Or if have used any expert to help with appeals. I am not sure waiting for Boox to help makes sense anymore.

Letter i received from HMRC this year is nothing like last year's for 2017/18. It is just a notice about National Insurance contributions and statutory payments. No explanations, no period or which years are involved, does not even mention Boox. Almost no details unlike letter from last year. Single...
