How do you know they are 'definitely planning their next move?' This forum has demonstrated to them that we are ready to fight and are aware of the limitations on their part. 'having taken advice from the ICO' does not mean that the ICO has approved the refusal. I'd be requesting this so called 'evidence'. SRA Principles of the code of conduct takes misleading statements very seriously:

Trethowans will probably be hoping no one makes the effort of taking their complaint to the ICO. If they refuse mine, I will be making that effort....

You can disagree with their findings, request this so called 'evidence' and let them know that this will be used by you in your complaint to the ICO.
So it was OK for them to send excessive paperwork but it's not OK to ask for a SAR?...

I haven't received mine yet, but they still have time. I've saw on here others have had a reply from Lawfront but it doesn't seem W28th have replied at all...

Just looked at the latest financials for West 28th Street Limited (Company No: 13231491) for the year ended 31 March 2026.
A couple of facts that stand out from the notes:- West 28th paid £459,992 to Limelight Solutions Limited in 'expenses' this year (up from just £83 the previous year).
