    The Brillo NLP thread

    1. Think about outcomes not problems
    2. Ask How rather than why questions
    3. There is no such thing as failure - only feedback.
    4. Consider possibilities rather than necessities

    #2
Adopt an attitude of curiosity and fascination rather than assumptions

Learning a new skill breaks down into 4 stages :-
        1. Unconscious incompetence
        2. Conscious incompetence
        3. Conscious competence
        3. Unconscious competence

If NLP were to be a 3 minute seminar - you would summarise it as needing to learn 3 things :-

          1. Be clear of your outcome in any situation.
          2. Be alert and keep your senses open so you know what you are getting.
          3. Be flexible and keep changing until you get what you want.

          Outcome
          Acuity
          Felexibility

If I was you, I'd stop spending time/money with NLP and concentrate on not skipping your medications.

Talking therapies work best alongside medications.

Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
