    Gazpacho Shot with a Garlic and Parmesan Crouton

    Roast breast of Duck with braised red cabbage, crushed new potatoes, green beans and a red wine and port Jus.

    Chocolate Delice with coffee ice cream, a chocolate tuile and caramel sauce.
