    Sending someone else to interview

Leaving aside morals and all that stuff has anyone ever sent someone else (more experienced) to the interview and then turned up on first day as the contractor?

I m sure it would work - If found out then I can claim to be the substitute

I think that would be fraud.

It is fairly common practice at some driving test centres to send a family member or friend to sit your test for you.

icCoventry - Police monitoring Nuneaton driving test centre for imposters

Coventry Telegraph - News - Coventry News - Man jailed for fiddling Nuneaton driving test

It must happen in exams all the time, especially Thomson Prometric test centres.

That rather suggests some people do the same at interviews.

Yeah, sure. I do it all the time.

In fact I often do it the other way around too. I have 20 bobs fresh off the boat from India living in a one bedroom flat in the East End and I go to the interviews, get the contract and then send one of the bobs in there as a subbie. They work for 100 quid a day and I cream off the rest.

Works a treat and I've never been caught out.

I think your Aussie accent would give you away. G'day, mate.

Give it a try. Send Kandr in to do the interview, then you can do the contract.

                Oh, hang on

Oh. I thought this thread was in "Business / Contracts", not "Light Relief".

And there's me been looking online for ages for examples / stories of being having done so / caught someone out for doing so.
