Nope, have a look at the posts I've made. 52 posts at 1.13 posts per day, all bar probably 5-6 are on the more serious forums.

Trolls are a boil on the backside of the internet. Lance them and IP address ban them.

The moderators and administrator do talk to each other and all action is collective. There are no "loose cannons".
